We have been out skiing here in the east and having fun. Conditions could be better but we take what ever we can get. Just love skiing. Had a great day at the NY state Fireman's Races held at Hunter Mtn. What a great crowd of people. The eastern ski areas are bouncing back after a drenching rain and it looks like we are about to be hit with a blessing of a Nor'easter. The weekend is looking good!
Further north daily snows from lake effect conditions are keeping New England white. If you are planning a multi day trip from NYC Killington and Stratton have great conditions. Many realators are offering rentals at a discount due to slower economy. Shop around and find Ski and Stay deals.
